How will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped with authority to leave (ATL) in a safe place, and no signature is required. Please make sure to provide a shipping address where ATL parcels can be safely delivered.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are generally dispatched within 1-3 business days after purchase.
During sale periods, there may be delays in order fulfillment due to high volumes at our warehouse.
For domestic shipping, express delivery usually takes 1-3 business days from dispatch, and standard shipping takes 3-15 business days. However, we cannot guarantee shipping times.
Do you offer Same Day Dispatch?
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 5pm（Time of Shanghai） Tuesday to Friday on the same day. However, please note that during sales periods, this may not always be possible. We will keep you informed of any delays.
